Shipping

Important Information

Please note that each piece is handcrafted in our workshop in Barcelona and requires 2 to 3 weeks of preparation, in addition to the shipping time, which varies depending on your location.

Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with the tracking number for the shipment.

Local Pickup (Barcelona)

We offer free local pickup for our customers in Barcelona. We will notify you when your order is ready, and you can pick it up at our workshop from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with prior notice.

National Shipments

All national orders in Spain are shipped via Correos.

  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): Shipping time is usually 3 to 5 business days – €5
  • Spain (Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla): Shipping time is usually 4 to 5 business days – €10
  • For purchases over €160, national shipping is free throughout Spain, including Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla.

International Shipments

All international orders are shipped via UPS.

  • Europe: 4 to 7 business days – €16
  • America: 5 to 7 business days – €24
  • Africa, Asia, Oceania: 5 to 7 business days – €30
  • For purchases over €350, international shipping is free.

Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Return Period:

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return. Once approved, you will have 5 days to send the items back via UPS using the provided return label. Laia Ossorio will not accept returns that have not been previously notified by the customer or that are made outside the specified time frame.

Return Process

Instructions for returning a package to Laia Ossorio:

  1. Send an email to info@laiaossorio.com indicating the order number, item references, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive an email with a prepaid return label and instructions on how to return the items.
  3. Repackage all the items in a sturdy bag, ensuring you include all original content.
  4. Once you have the return label, print it and attach it to the package with clear tape, ensuring it is visible.
  5. Visit the UPS website: https://www.ups.com/es/es/Home.page and, in the top left corner, select the “Find the nearest UPS location” option.
  6. Drop off your package at the nearest UPS location. Once we receive and verify the package, we will process the shipment of your new order. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Conditions:

  • All products must be returned unused and in perfect condition, including the packaging as part of the product.
  • Returns outside of the specified time frame will not be refunded and must be collected from our warehouse at your expense.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs will only be refunded if we determine that the products were defective before being shipped.

Fees and Refunds:

Please note that Laia Ossorio will not refund taxes or international duties.

A processing fee for the return will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Returns and exchanges will be managed by our team via UPS. The cost for returns and exchanges outside of Europe is €30, and this amount will be deducted from the refund.
